Hex Head Ferrules
The high precision Hexagonal ferrules ensure that the heads are closed at operating temperature completely covering the mirror face of the tubes.
Their installation is very simple as they do not require concrete, plastic or mortar refractory, eliminating the necessity of drying and avoiding the cracks that appear when using conventional ferrules.
The one-piece design gives no choice of holes between the head of the ferrule and its sleeve.
They are highly compatible with systems that use oxygen for flame enrichment
The ferrules are delivered sintered, eliminating the unforeseen and inconveniences in the installation of another type of refractory in the unit.
The use of metal anchors for the installation of plastic is avoided.

In order to improve the mixing of the gases that pass through the checker walls, and scientifically supported on the Vortex principle, the VectorWall TM part has been developed. Under this principle a turbulent, spiral flow is obtained with high speed and low pressure.
Function
Homogenizes gases, increasing the residence time of the mixture to improve the destruction capacity of amines and other harmful compounds.
Protects the tube mirror from radiation heat and reduces the effects of sudden changes in the process.
In units with sudden changes, the checker wall efficiently distributes heat helping to conserve energy.
